We offer structured, age-appropriate training from little kids all the way through adults. Find the right fit for you or your child below.
Little Kids Wrestling
Ages 5–6Introduction to wrestling and basic grappling in a fun, high-energy environment. Focus on coordination, listening skills, body awareness, and having a great time while learning.
- Tuesday + Thursday — 4:00 PM
- Saturday — 11:00 AM
Kids Jiu Jitsu
Ages 7–10Core Jiu Jitsu program for elementary-aged kids. Students learn technique, positional sparring, and develop confidence, focus, and discipline in a safe and supportive setting.
- Monday – Friday — 4:00 PM
Teens Jiu Jitsu
Ages 11–15More advanced Jiu Jitsu training for middle and high school students. Emphasis on technique, live rolling, competition preparation, and building real confidence on the mats.
- Monday – Friday — 5:00 PM
Off-Season Wrestling
High School +Evening wrestling-focused training open to anyone. Primarily attended by high school wrestlers staying sharp in the off-season, but open to all ages and experience levels.
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday — 7:30 PM
Open to anyone — not limited to high school athletes.
Adult Jiu Jitsu
Ages 16+Serious training for adults of all levels. We offer multiple Gi and No-Gi classes throughout the week, plus competition training options. Strong emphasis on technique, live sparring, and consistent improvement.

Open Mats
All AgesSupervised rolling time. Great for extra practice, drilling with partners, or just getting more live reps. Separate sessions for adults and kids on Saturday.
- 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM — Adult Open Mat
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Kids Open Mat (supervised)
